Caleb, Director of Membership at The Citrus Club, is driven by a passion for facilitating transformative experiences in people’s lives and relationships. He brings together business owners, community leaders, and entrepreneurs to foster connections and elevate both their business and social networks.
Caleb organizes “Citrus Social,” connecting local non-profits with professionals to boost visibility and purpose-driven networking. With 50-120 monthly attendees, the series grows, impacting the community. He’s an active volunteer “career speaker” in schools and serves on the Leadership Council for Junior Achievement of Central Florida. Passionate about youth, he coaches AAU volleyball through Celebration Community Athletics.
Secret To Success
“I surround myself with individuals who are older, wiser, and more experienced and try to remain thoughtful by calling and texting friends and colleagues when I think of them. Small gestures when done with the right frequency and at the right time make the biggest difference. Collaboration is my currency. Rather than doing it all alone, I’m always looking for ways to link arms with like-minded people and organizations.”
Best Advice You’ve Received
Something I’ll never forget that an old friend told me during a difficult growth period in my life was; “don’t be fake… It kills you inside”. And, throughout my life I have learned that authenticity, vulnerability, and transparency can be difficult feelings but are necessary concepts to become acquainted with and pillars with which we should build life and relationships.
